Triumph TR6 (LHD) - Entierement restaure

Price: € 24 500

  • Kilometers: 45,000 miles
  • Exterior: Mimosa Yellow
  • Interior: Black

The last of the ‘Great’ British sports cars, this superb TR6 has only driven 46,000 genuine miles and had just 3 previous owners. It was fully restored between 2011 and 2013 which included a full engine overhaul and total repaint in Mimosa Yellow.
Originally purchased by a member of the American armed forces in 1976 as a present for his wife, who enjoyed the car for eight years and completed 40,000 miles in the process. The couple separated in 1983 and her angry husband took the keys and hid the car in a barn in a nearby town, where it stayed unused for 24 years.
The TR6 was then purchased by the second owner who lived in Pennsylvania and commissioned a full restoration of the TR6 by a specialist between 2011 and 2013, before eventually driving the car to North Carolina where he enjoyed his retirement.
In 2015 the TR6 was then purchased by an enthusiast living in Somerset who imported it to the UK, with a genuine 43,000 miles on the clock.
The car is impeccable, with no corrosion and was only used in the dry since its restoration. It has benefitted from numerous new parts and accessories and offers the chance to own a stunning TR6 that can be enjoyed immediately.
