La Laiterie is a lovely light and airy cottage with two en suite double bedrooms and a large dual aspect terrace with breathtaking views across the valley.
Set amidst over six acres of gardens and woodland, La Laiterie is one of three beautiful cottages that have been lovingly restored.
Enjoying a delightful 'L' shaped terrace La Laiterie is equipped with Gas BBQ, comfortable sofa set and a large dining table, the perfect place to dine al fresco, enjoy a good book or just sit and stare at the wonderful views across the pool and Boudouyssou valley beyond.
Large glazed doors lead you from the terrace into the light and spacious open plan living area. The kitchen is fitted with everything you could ever need including a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave and coffee machine.
The lounge area has dual aspect views across the gardens and a large sofa that converts into a comfortable double bed. The large television has english channels and a DVD player. From here you step up to the dining area and downstairs shower room.
On the first floor, large oak beams, dormer windows and beautiful views are wonderful features of both of the double bedrooms. Both bedrooms have ensuite shower rooms, one has a double bed, the other a double and a single.
