The Gatekeeper's Cottage sits across the courtyard, opposite 'Domaine de Pine' a stone Manor House, recently converted into a luxury guest house, that was originally built for a Baron in 1776.
The charming Gatekeeper’s Cottage offers guests complete luxury and privacy, with the option of being self-catering or having breakfast, lunch or dinner served on your terrace or with the other house guests staying in the Manor House.
Located just 4kms from Laroque-Timbaut a pretty Quercy village with shops and restaurants and only 20kms from the prune capitol of the world 'Agen', your days can be spent exploring this diverse region of South West France. Or why not simply relax around the unique walled swimming pool (heated), lunch in the shady garden or play boules in the courtyard.
Accessed via its own separate entrance, the cottage has a fully equipped kitchen with top range appliances, a seating area with flat screen TV with UK Sky programmes, a luxury shower room, ceilings fans and a king-sized bed. Large double doors then open out on to a large private terrace furnished with rattan furniture with deep comfy cushions, a parasol, table and chairs and a view overlooking the walled heated swimming pool.
High quality bed linen, towels and pool towels are all provided. If you would like a welcome basket to be prepared for your arrival, please just ask and we can arrange for your favourite ‘goodies’ to be waiting for you. The cottage also benefits from broadband.
